About the Role : We are looking for a Data Engineering Manager to lead our data engineering team. The ideal candidate should have deep technical knowledge of data integration processes, exceptional leadership skills, and a proven ability to develop high-performing teams. Key responsibilities include fostering a collaborative culture, driving career growth, and aligning strategy with the overall engineering vision. Responsibilities : - Lead and mentor a team of data engineers, driving their technical growth and professional development. - Champion the vision and execution of scalable data processing systems. - Collaborate with product and engineering teams to consistently define data architecture and solution strategies. - Foster a strong technical community by developing close relationships amongst Engineering Managers. - Establish and drive engineering best practices, coding standards, and performance optimization strategies. - Provide guidance during software design, development, testing, and release. -
