We are seeking a Technical Program Manager with deep Salesforce expertise to serve as the connective tissue across our commercial and product ecosystem . This individual will operate at the intersection of Sales, Customer Success, Finance, Product, and Marketing , ensuring that systems, processes, and teams remain tightly aligned. This is not a traditional PM role. You will be a player-coach -someone who can both drive execution and step into the details , including Salesforce solutioning and light development work when needed. Your mission is to: Eliminate friction across teams Drive clarity, accountability, and delivery Ensure Salesforce and adjacent systems scale with the business You will own team rhythm, cross-functional coordination, and technical delivery-helping multiple stakeholders move quickly while maintaining structure and quality.
