Senior Workday Security & Integration Engineer NYC Global HQ Senior Workday Security & Integration Engineer Department: Internal Systems Reports to: VP, Corporate Systems Location: New York, NY Employment Type: Full-Time About the Role DoubleVerify is seeking a Senior Workday Administrator to serve as the primary owner and technical steward of the security and integration management within our Workday platform. This role is critical to enabling operational excellence, ensuring data integrity, and driving continuous platform optimization that supports our growing workforce and evolving business needs. Reporting directly to the VP of Corporate Systems, you will be responsible for the ongoing maintenance, configuration, and enhancement of Workday, while serving as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical implementation. You will ensure platform stability, security compliance, and seamless integration with our broader enterprise systems ecosystem. Key Responsibilities - Serve as the primary owner Workday the security and integration configurations and processes - Manage security groups, tenant configurations, and data integrity across the production and sandbox environments - Proactively identify and implement platform enhancements that improve user experience, reduce manual effort, and increase data accuracy - Participate in bi-annual Workday release management, including feature evaluation, testing, and controlled deployment to minimize business disruption - Partner with HR, Finance, Payroll, and other stakeholders to design scalable solutions that support business growth - Document all configurations, business processes, and custom solutions to maintain institutional knowledge and support audit readiness - Own the full lifecycle of Workday integrations connecting to external systems (payroll providers, benefits carriers, time
