Compensation Great Pay! Our General Managers receive a competitive annual salary of $46,800 ($900 per week). In addition, managers are eligible to earn performance-based bonuses and incentives tied to the store's overall performance and profitability. Job Description: Essential Job Functions & Schedule • Team Leadership: Possess the ability to train and develop a team. • Operations & Inventory: Able to make employee schedules, place store food orders, and maintain inventory.
