You would also be in charge of making sure the drivers are doing their job, and getting their prep work done. This position is able to work at a fast pace, moving from one job to another. Must be self motivated, to make sure you get your work done, while making sure others do their job also. Qualifications: Restaurant experience is a big help, but not mandatory Additional Information: For this position you have to be available to work days and nights. WEEKENDS are mandatory. This job is 1 step below the manager, and requires a lot self motivation. You have to be a very responsible person, who can pay attention to details.
