General Manager(07045) - 6300 NE 117th Ave. B8 Vancouver, WA, United States Company Description: Wage Rates and Benefits The General Manager position starts at minimum wage and raises are given upon completion of training evaluations completed by team member and manager. Washington ranges from $17.13-$21.19. Our managers make a percentage of sales each month that is based off required numbers being met in the acceptable range. Monthly bonuses are offered if criteria and responsibilities are met- they are not guaranteed. Newly Hired GM's will qualify for Medical, Dental and Vision insurance upon their hire date and those benefits are available for employees to use after 60 days of employment.
