Madison St. Chicago, IL, United States Company Description: Job Description: DELIVERY EXPERT JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Safely deliver orders to customers within designated areas, adhering to traffic laws and company standards. Provide excellent customer service, including order accuracy and professional interaction. Process customer payments and handle cash responsibly. Assist with in-store duties during non-delivery times, including: Answering phones and taking orders Preparing food items Maintaining cleanliness of the store and equipment Restocking supplies and ingredients Perform basic math calculations and use a computer or touch screen to process orders. Maintain a clean and safe delivery vehicle. Adhere to food safety and quality control standards. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient store operations. Complete required paperwork accurately and in a timely manner. Adapt to varying work conditions, including temperature changes and adverse weather. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds. Stand for extended periods and navigate multi-story buildings. Perform repetitive tasks involving reaching, bending, and hand coordination. Note: This position may require working evenings, weekends, and holidays. Schedule flexibility is appreciated.
