As an Assistant Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting the store manager in daily operations, team leadership, and ensuring exceptional customer service. Assist the store manager in overseeing daily operations and achieving sales targets Lead, motivate, and train team members to maintain high performance standards Ensure excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly Manage inventory, including ordering, receiving, and stocking merchandise Create and adjust employee schedules to optimize staffing levels Handle cash management and reconciliation procedures Maintain a clean, organized, and safe store environment Implement and enforce company policies and procedures Support loss prevention efforts and maintain store security Analyze sales data and make recommendations for improving store performance Qualifications: Proven experience in retail management or a similar customer-facing role Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members Excellent customer service skills and a passion for creating positive customer experiences Proficiency in inventory management and merchandising techniques Solid understanding of retail operations, including cash handling and POS systems Ability to analyze sales data and implement strategies to drive performance Strong organizational and time management skills Effective communication skills, both verbal and written Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related
