We're looking for a motivated and customer-focused individual to help lead our store operations and drive success. Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily operations and ensuring excellent customer service Lead, train, and motivate team members to achieve store goals and maintain high performance standards Manage inventory, including receiving, stocking, and merchandising products Ensure store cleanliness, organization, and adherence to company policies and procedures Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and resolve issues professionally and efficiently Assist in creating work schedules and managing team member hours Participate in loss prevention efforts and maintain store security Analyze sales data and implement strategies to improve store performance Support marketing and promotional activities to drive sales and customer engagement Perform opening and closing procedures as needed Qualifications: Must be over the age of { 18 }.
