Our starting base pay for closing manager in training is $15 per hour. Job Description: We are seeking an Assistant Closing Manager in Training to join our team in Ardmore, United States. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to develop their management skills in a fast-paced retail environment. As an Assistant Closing Manager in Training, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth store operations during evening hours and supporting the closing team. Assist in overseeing daily store closing procedures and operations Support and guide team members during closing shifts Ensure excellent customer service standards are maintained throughout the evening Manage cash handling and end-of-day financial reconciliation Oversee inventory management and restocking during closing hours Address and resolve customer concerns or issues that arise during the shift Collaborate with other managers to maintain store standards and achieve performance goals Participate in training programs to develop management skills and retail expertise Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety regulations Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree in business or related field preferred Strong customer service skills with a focus on creating positive experiences Proficiency in cash handling
