Review the position below and apply today. Job Summary Supervise and administer all corrective actions for maintenance in accordance with corporate, state, and local agencies. Direct daily activities of employees in the Maintenance Department. Monitor tasks of employees during and after completion to verify they are performed in accordance with station policies and procedures. Assist planning in developing daily work schedules and outage schedules. Direct and provide guidance to Maintenance Supervisors in the proper execution of their responsibilities. Maintain the plant mechanical or electrical systems to assure safe and efficient operation of equipment. Maintain Mechanical/Electrical Maintenance department budget. Supervise the implementation of system design changes. Required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities & Experience The knowledge, skills, abilities and experiences that are required for entry into this job include the following: -7+ years directly related experience (with preferred Bachelor's degree), including at least 4 years of experience in craft or discipline to be supervised. -In lieu of preferred related Bachelor's degree, may substitute related Associate's degree and 9+ ye
