Job Summary The Senior Business Technology Analyst (BTA) plays a strategic role in driving organized and effective requirements to build both projects and products. The practitioner will research, analyze, and evaluate data from various sources, making recommendations for program and process improvements. Provide guidance to entry-level employees and serve as a mentor to other team members. The Senior BTA assists business owners with functional area subject matter expertise, business analysis strategies, and company networking/contacts. As a liaison between client areas and information technology, this individual will plan, conduct, and direct the analysis of complex business problems to be solved with automated systems. Reengineer technical processes for greater efficiency, provide technical recommendations, and assist business owners by identifying, evaluating, designing, and specifying systems and procedures that are cost-effective, efficient, and meet business requirements and corporate strategic goals.
