Job Summary Dominion Energy's Nuclear Fleet Performance Improvement Team is actively looking to hire a Nuclear Fleet Performance Improvement Consultant - Engineering. This single position can be filled at any of the following locations: Glen Allen, VA; Jenkinsville, SC, Mineral, VA; Surry, VA; or Waterford, CT. The engineering teams located at each of Dominion Energy's four nuclear power stations play an essential role in the site's safe and reliable operations. Daily, the engineering teams are tasked with a myriad of complex, time-sensitive requests from other site teams to include Operations and Maintenance, and responding to those needs with timely, high-quality solutions can be challenging. With an eye towards the continuous improvement of site reliability and efficiency, the Nuclear Fleet Performance Improvement Consultant - Engineering (“Consultant”) will be responsible for identifying opportunities for improvement by systematically reviewing and evaluating department performance at each site.
