Job Summary Oversees and manage the Project Construction Controls processes, risk assessments, commercial strategies, and financial analysis for the companies large construction projects. Leads team to develop meaningful analytics, department-wide commercial strategies, and manage key vendor relationships. This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of project controls and construction management principles. Required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities & Experience Minimum of 7 years of experience in construction project controls or a similar role. Provide leadership on multiple concurrent projects to improve efficiency and effectiveness within the Project Construction organization. Develop and implement project control plans, including scheduling, contractual, cost control, and risk management. Monitors project progress and performance, identifying and addressing any issues or deviations from the plan.
