Responsibilities Position Overview The Live Sales Fulfillment Associate is responsible for supporting order processing, inventory accuracy, packing, shipping coordination, and backstage operational execution during live sales events. This role is essential in ensuring customers receive an efficient, accurate, and elevated post-purchase experience. We're looking for highly organized, detail-oriented individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments and enjoy working behind the scenes to support live production and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities ● Process and fulfill customer orders generated through live sales platforms ● Pick, pack, and prepare merchandise for shipment accurately and efficiently ● Maintain inventory organization and operational accuracy throughout livestream events ● Support product flow between live sales, backstage operations, and fulfillment areas ● Verify product accuracy, quantities, sizing, and order details prior to shipment ● Assist with inventory counts, replenishment, returns, and restocking ● Maintain clean, organized, and efficient fulfillment workspaces ● Partner with hosts, curators, production, and operations teams
