Functional Analyst, SAP EWM Mont Royal Job Summary As a SAP EWM Functional Analyst, you are responsible for optimizing and supporting logistics business processes. You translate business needs into IT solutions by designing and modeling processes, and you contribute to the full lifecycle of SAP EWM projects-from analysis and design to implementation and post-deployment support. You manage enhancement requests, incidents, and logistics portfolio projects in close collaboration with the project office and stakeholders. Key Accountabilities Solution Implementation: Gather, analyze, and document business requirements. Estimate development efforts and define implementation plans. Recommend and present value-added solutions. Create graphical process flow documentation. Configure and customize SAP EWM-YL and ECC (LE-TR). Write functional specifications and collaborate with developers. Prepare and execute unit, integration, and acceptance testing. Train key users and prepare training materials. Define roles and security objects. Communicate with stakeholders and project teams. Update documentation and plan data retention strategies. Participate in deployment planning and execution. Provide post-implementation support and stabilization. Transfer knowledge to team members. Process Support: Manage incidents and service requests related to SAP logistics.
