Lead Product Manager - Health Companion (x/f/m) Paris, Paris, France What you'll do We are seeking a Senior/Lead Product Manager to join our Patient Health Companion team, focusing on creating a comprehensive health companion experience. Reporting to the VP Patient Product, you will play a pivotal role in transforming Doctolib from a transactional appointment booking platform into a continuous health partner for our users. As a Lead Product Manager, your mission will be to develop and optimize a personalized health companion experience that helps users achieve their health goals through targeted content, tracking tools, and goal-based journeys. You'll define the vision for how users discover, engage with, and benefit from companion features, starting with our Parents vertical and expanding to other health domains. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to: - Own and define part of the product vision and strategy for the Health Companion experience, focusing on personalized content delivery, health tracking, goal-based frameworks, and user engagement - Ship high-impact features that drive activation, engagement, and retention across Content, Trackers, and goal-based frameworks journeys, measured by WAU, PMF, and retention metrics - Leverage AI/ML to deliver personalized experiences, from recommendation systems (content, tools) to LLM-powered features, balancing user value with technical feasibility - Design and iterate on a personalization engine that adapts content, trackers, and journeys to user health profiles, goals, and behaviors, driving measurable improvements in engagement and health outcomes - Navigate complex trade-offs between user engagement, medical accuracy, regulatory compliance, and business goals, making data-informed
