About this role

Intern - Product Management (x/f/m) Milano, Milan, Italy Doctolib is looking for a Product Management Intern to join the Vettore team within our Medical Excellence department and contribute to the digital transformation of healthcare facilities across Italy. You will work directly with Elisa Arzarello (Product Manager) and Marco Antoniazzi (Lead PM). We collaborate closely with healthcare facilities, administrative staff, and technical teams. You will participate in the development of our Medical Centers management software used daily by clinics across Italy - a product evolving fast as AI begins to reshape how medical practices operate, from scheduling to documentation to clinical workflows. Your missions include, but are not limited to: - Participate in collecting and analyzing feedback from clinical users (healthcare facilities, administrative staff) - Contribute to the definition of user stories and write functional specifications - Support backlog prioritization in collaboration with the PM and the development team - Conduct benchmarking and competitive analysis on clinic management solutions, with a specific focus on emerging AI features in healthcare software - Follow the feature lifecycle from discovery to release, in collaboration with dev and technical support teams - Explore AI-assisted product workflows: using tools like Claude or similar to accelerate discovery, synthesize user research, draft specs, or prototype ideas - Contribute to the preparation of product documentation and presentations for internal and external stakeholders Expected Qualities for This Role Before you continue reading, if you don't have the exact profile described below, but you believe this job description aligns with your
