AI Senior Product Manager (x/f/m) Paris, Paris, France Your Impact We are looking for an AI Product Manager to join one of our in-house startups : Consultation Assistant . Your mission will be to own a standalone AI Scribe product at Doctolib, helping build and scale a dedicated AI Scribe experience that makes clinical documentation faster, higher-quality, and less painful for practitioners. You will work in a feature team developing AI-powered clinical documentation solutions, contributing directly to reducing admin burden for 400,000 health professionals across Europe and unlocking more time for patient care, with measurable adoption and satisfaction outcomes. Working in the tech team at Doctolib means building innovative products and features to improve the daily lives of care teams and patients. What you'll build Your responsibilities include but are not limited to: - Own the end-to-end product strategy for our AI Scribe solution, driving quality improvements and market expansion with high autonomy - Build and refine Clinical ASR quality through tight collaboration with Data Scientists and ML Engineers on model evaluation, iteration loops, and production trade-offs (accuracy, latency, privacy) - Drive the Germany market launch, coordinating across engineering, design, and local teams to ensure successful go-to-market execution - Develop structured evaluation frameworks and monitoring systems for ML quality in production, defining metrics like WER, accuracy by segment, and user satisfaction - Collaborate closely with clinicians to understand documentation workflows, trust requirements, and specialty-specific needs, translating insights into product features - Champion a user-centric approach, balancing model performance with real-world
