Purpose The Metrology Programmer creates, maintains, and optimizes inspection programs and templates across ZEISS Inspect, PolyWorks, and GOM/ATOS optical systems. This role not only builds robust, efficient programs but also performs hands-on inspections, operates advanced metrology equipment, and supports technicians with reporting and data validation as needed. Acting as both a technical anchor and a collaborative guide, the Metrology Programmer ensures inspection accuracy, drives standardization, manages programming priorities, and elevates team capability. Through deep expertise, disciplined execution, and a steady presence on the floor, this role enables precise, compliant measurement results that uphold engineering requirements and strengthen production quality. The Role - Develop, edit, and maintain metrology programs/templates across GOM Scanbox, optical systems & CMMs. - Guide and mentor technicians on program execution, workflow
