Purpose Divergent is hiring an Advanced Manufacturing Production Specialist to coordinate materials, tooling, and workflows across the production floor , ensuring efficient operations, minimal downtime, and on-schedule output in a high-precision aerospace environment. Th e role acts as a link between machining, engineering, quality, and supply chain teams, resolving constraints and prioritizing work orders while monitoring production status, tracking inventory and tooling , and identifying bottlenecks The Role - Help coordinate daily production activities to ensure alignment with manufacturing schedules and on-time delivery commitments. - Ensure the availability of tooling, materials, and work instructions prior to job release to minimize downtime and production interruptions. - Assist with managing and tracking work orders through ERP/MRP systems, maintaining accurate and up-to-date production status. -
