The Safety Product team builds the systems, features, and experiences that help keep Discord safe for everyone. As the Staff Product Manager for Safety Experience, you'll define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for Discord's safety tools and age-appropriate experiences. We're looking for an impact-driven, collaborative, and hands-on product leader who can navigate complex tradeoffs, align cross-functional partners, and help shape the future of safety on Discord. What You'll Be Doing - Guide the product philosophy, vision, and roadmap for Safety Experience, developing user tools and age-appropriate experiences that improve safety outcomes. - Be the authoritative product voice on age-appropriate experiences at Discord. Drive decisions with conviction, build executive-level alignment on high-stakes calls, and translate complex tradeoffs into clear recommendations - Lead cross-functional execution across Engineering, Design, Data Science, Marketing, ML, Legal, Policy, and T&S Operations. Independently make decisions for your product area, drive buy-in with executive leadership, and act as a momentum catalyst for your team. -
