People Operations Generalist Bay Area, California Diamond Foundry Inc. is solving the thermal limitation at the foundation of today's most exciting tech industries -- AI & cloud compute, electric-car power electronics, and 5G/6G wireless. We're looking for a People & Culture Generalist to support a fast-paced, high-trust startup environment in a highly technical manufacturing company. This role spans HR operations, employee relations (ER), HR compliance, HRIS management, and employee lifecycle support across both hourly manufacturing/technician teams and salaried engineering and corporate staff.
