Principales Responsabilidades Estrategia & Planeamiento - Traducir la visión C-Level en planes concretos, objetivos sobre la propuesta estratégica regional de Despegar. - Elaborar análisis de cadenas de valor, benchmarking competitivo y business insights que fundamenten decisiones estratégicas. - Definir objetivos, métricas y KPIs estratégicos alineados al plan regional. - Realizar seguimiento de resultados y asegurar la ejecución efectiva con equipos regionales Comunicación Ejecutiva & Análisis - Preparar y presentar documentos estratégicos y slide decks para C-Level con storytelling ejecutivo. - Comunicar estrategias complejas de manera clara, estructurada y orientada a la acción. - Actuar como nexo estratégico entre la dirección ejecutiva y los equipos operativos. Experiencia Profesional - Experiencia sólida en roles de estrategia corporativa, planeamiento estratégico o consultoría de management. - Trayectoria comprobable diseñando e implementando planes estratégicos. - Experiencia en tracking de resultados y comunicación a niveles ejecutivos. Competencias Técnicas - Dominio de herramientas tales como SQL, Power
