Estamos buscando un Operations & Tech Manager que sea el motor de la transformaci贸n digital de nuestro equipo de Talent Acquisition. Si te apasiona destruir ineficiencias operativas, escalar procesos con IA y convertir datos en decisiones que mueven el negocio, este rol es para vos. Tu misi贸n va a ser evolucionar nuestra funci贸n de Recruiting hacia un modelo data-driven y automatizado, eliminando fricciones mediante el uso estrat茅gico de Inteligencia Artificial, Business Intelligence y optimizaci贸n de procesos para escalar nuestra capacidad de contrataci贸n a nivel regional. No vas a ser un "administrador de herramientas". Vas a ser el arquitecto del stack tecnol贸gico que habilita a Talent Acquisition a contratar m谩s r谩pido, mejor y con menos fricci贸n 驴Qu茅 vas a hacer? 馃幆 Transformar datos en decisiones Dise帽ar y construir dashboards y modelos anal铆ticos en tiempo real que le den visibilidad a recruiters, hiring managers y liderazgo sobre los KPIs que realmente importan. Trabajar codo a codo con el People Intelligence Director para convertir la data en insights accionables que impulsen la estrategia de talento. 馃 Implementar IA donde m谩s impacta Llevar Inteligencia Artificial a cada etapa del funnel de reclutamiento: desde sourcing hasta experiencia del candidato.
