About this role
TRAINING INSTRUCTOR (INSTRUCTIONAL METHODS) Sheppard AFB, Texas Summary Click on "Learn more about this agency" button below to view Eligibilities being considered and other IMPORTANT information. The primary purpose is to serve as an Instructional Methods Training Instructor performing all training instructor classroom-related activities, while supporting course curriculum development, modification, and/or revision efforts in initial skills, advanced, and/or supplemental training courses utilizing curriculum IAW Air Education & Training Command instructions. Duties Instructs students through assigned blocks of instruction at basic and/or advanced technical/administrative levels of faculty development instruction courses. Researches, develops, revises and recommends updates to faculty development course materials in accordance with established learning objectives. Plans, develops, executes, and evaluates a comprehensive and effective training program. Maintains professional and technical proficiency and accomplishes difficult, but well precedented special projects related to specialty area, to include staff surveillance visits to various training activities.
