About this role

Supervisory Program Analyst-Direct Hire Authority Multiple Locations Summary Veteran's preference does not apply to DHA recruitment. The primary purpose of this position is to posses the ability to serve as the Chief of Plans and Programs Business Operations Section developing, directing, the Test Wings Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE) processes. Duties Plans work to be accomplished by subordinates, sets and adjusts short/long-term priorities, and prepares schedules for completion of work. Plans, develops and directs cross-functional comprehensive TW resource planning and programming processes. Leads or participates in the development, coordination, and approval of numerous TW informational documents (briefings, bullet background papers, spreadsheets, etc) in response to Higher Headquarters or Congressional staffer taskings. Leads and participates in resource studies to improve Wing and Group organizational direction and focus.
