The primary purpose of this position is to serve as a first level supervisor with responsibility over a group of Community Readiness Specialists (CRSs) and Community Readiness Consultants (CRCs) and oversight for assigned Military/Airman & Family Readiness core programs and associated services. Duties Exercises supervisory personnel management responsibilities. Assesses needs and provides work/life services to leadership, organizations, and populations serviced by the M/A&FRC. Supports and participates in quality initiatives. Participates in quality self-assessment. Participates in special projects and initiatives and performs nonroutine assignments. Education IF USING EDUCATION TO QUALIFY: If position has a positive degree requirement or education forms the basis for qualifications, you MUST submit transcripts with the application.
