The primary purpose of this position, Supervisory Air Traffic Control Specialist (Terminal), GS-2152-13, is to serve as a first level supervisor, providing planning, directing, organizing, and exercising control over nonsupervisory civilian employees assigned to the Eglin Radar Control Facility (ERCF) for the 96th Operations Support Squadron. Duties -Plan, organize, and direct the activities of civilian Air Traffic Control Specialists, ensuring that the Eglin Radar Control Facility (ERCF) complies with legal and regulatory requirements and meets customer needs. -Exercise supervisory personnel management responsibilities. -Represent the Eglin Radar Control Facility (ERCF) with a variety of installation and functional area organizations. -Direct aircraft movement. -Operate communication and display equipment and provide emergency assistance to aircraft.
