Duties The United States Space Force (USSF) at Hickam AFB, Hawaii is searching for a Resource Advisor for SPACEFOR-INDOPAC (NH-0560-03, GS-12/13 Equivalent). Description: US Space Forces Indo-Pacific (SFI), headquartered at Hickam AFB on the beautiful tropical island of Oahu, is recruiting for a Budget Analyst / Resource Advisor (NH-0560-03). The incumbent in this position will be performing a variety of budget functions involving the formulation, execution, and/or analysis of budgets for assigned programs and support activities. He or She will plan, organize, direct, coordinate, and control the preparation, presentation, and justification of command budget estimates, financial plans, revisions, and cost analyses. Also, they will develop, implement, and advise on Component policies and controls for the appropriate acquisition, allocation, distribution, obligation, and expenditure of funds in approved budgets. This future employee will also be responsible for performing budget execution and administration work involving the monitoring of obligations incurred and the actual expenditures of funds. Finally, the SFI Budget Analyst will create accounting and funding documents and process transactions utilizing available/programmed funds.
