Duties PURPOSE: Serves as a strategic advisor and program analyst, providing expert analysis and recommendations for the development, implementation, and oversight of comprehensive and innovative training programs for the J3 Directorate. Conducts rigorous program evaluations to ensure peak operational readiness and effectiveness in support of USSPACECOM's mission, managing all aspects of training and lessons learned program management and ensuring the highest standards of readiness. Provides objective assessments of training program effectiveness to inform senior leader decision-making and optimize training resource allocation. Directly supports the J37 TERA Division's mission of ensuring the operational readiness and effectiveness of the J3 Duties: Serves as a key advisor to the J3 Directorate, providing expert analysis of training programs and policies to inform strategic decision-making and ensure alignment with overall operational readiness goals. Oversees comprehensive training needs analyses, leveraging strategic and operational data to pinpoint critical skill gaps and forecast future training demands, ensuring the effectiveness of training programs. Analyzes the execution of training programs, identifying areas for improvement and recommending adjustments to enhance effectiveness and ensure rigorous adherence to established policies and strategic objectives, contributing to J3 operational readiness. Develops rigorous performance assessments to meticulously evaluate training's impact on operational readiness, generating actionable insights for continuous program improvement. Leads Joint and external training collaborations, forging robust partnerships to drive continuous improvement in training effectiveness for J3 personnel
