About this role
MANAGEMENT AND PROGRAM ANALYST Randolph AFB, Texas Summary Click on "Learn more about this agency" button below to view Eligibilities being considered and other IMPORTANT information. The primary purpose of this position is to serve as the Air Force Accessions Center (AFAC) Management and Program Analyst and Coordinator for Individual Mobilization Augmentee (IMA) and Military Personnel Appropriations (MPA) programs. Administers and ensures compliance with all personnel programs for assigned IMAs. Duties Serves as the AFAC focal point for all IMA personnel matters. Serves as the AFAC liaison to the Military Personnel Flight and advises appropriate personnel on all IMA personnel matters. Monitors the submission and processing of all IMA personnel actions. This includes maintaining an IMA database. Serves as the AFAC Individual Mobilization Augmentee (IMA) Coordinator. Duties are carried out IAW AFI36-2629, Individual Mobilization Augmentee Management. Updates Air Force-wide personnel databases such as Military Personnel Data System (MilPDS), and myFSS, as soon as information changes and/or when errors are identified. Serves as the subject matter expert for all aspects of the MPA man-day tour program. Serves as the AFAC MPA man-day tour Program Manager. Develops, directs, and implements policies, standard operating procedures, and strategies to execute the AFAC MPA Program. Performs complex analysis of all MPA manpower, organization, and force structure actions and provides AFRS input for the AF Public Announcement Process. Applies knowledge of Air Force manpower, personnel and services programs to perform analysis of workload requirements and data system management. Education IF USING EDUCATION TO QUALIFY: If position
