About this role
MAJCOM EXECUTIVE ADVISOR FOR SERVICES - DIRECT HIRE AUTHORITY Multiple Locations Summary Click on "Learn more about this agency" button below to view Eligibilities being considered and other IMPORTANT information. The primary purpose of this position is to serve as the Air Force Services Agency (AFSVA) focal point at a MAJCOM directs, plans, organizes, and oversees the Services' program for the MAJCOM. Duties 1.Provides oversight and direction on Services' program; plans, formulates, interprets, and implements policies and procedures to provide mission-impacting quality of life services. 2.Maintains a continuous liaison with other MAJCOMs, HQ USAF, and subordinate installations. Works with functional counterparts at HQ USAF in response to legislative directions, funding issues, policy changes, and the impact of these changes. 3. Prepares and presents high level briefings of conclusions, many being highly subjective and not readily susceptible to verification until actual operational situations are encountered. 4. Analyzes current projected financial condition of bases throughout the command and evaluates their capability to meet the Services' mission.
