Laborer (Cart Attendant) Fort Richardson, Alaska Summary About the position: This position is Non-Appropriated Fund (NAF) and will be assigned to the Moose Run Golf Course on Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson, AK. This is a Seasonal position Not-To-Exceed 31-OCT-2026. This position is Flexible, meaning you are guaranteed a minimum of 0 hours per week to a maximum of 40 hours per week. Your schedule will depend on needs of the facility. Duties Performs simple golf cart maintenance (i.e. replenishes fuel/charge levels, washes), readies golf carts for customer use, including pulling golf carts to the proper staging area for daily and tournament play. Ensures that all carts are free of debris, clean, and in good working order. Cleans and inspects rental equipment (golf clubs and pull carts). Removes debris around buildings, waters lawns around buildings, and empties all garbage containers around and in the buildings. Assists in the maintenance of course grounds and facilities using simple powered equipment such as clippers, weed trimmers, pressure sprayers, powered pavement vacuums, and wet vacuums or steam cleaners. Picks up range balls from the driving range with mechanized equipment, also washes golf balls and loads dispensing machine. Cleans glass partitions, mirrors, and inside and outside windows using stepladders and extension ladders. Maintains restrooms in a clean, orderly and sanitary condition. Cleans, disinfects, and deodorizes lavatories, urinals, and toilet bowls. Replaces deodorizers, toilet tissue, hand towels, and soap.
