The primary purpose of this position is to serve as Program Manager for a wide range of programs in the Civilian Development (CD) portfolio that focus on Department of the Air Force (DAF)-wide civilian employee leadership development and resource management. Duties Serves as Program Manager for the Civilian Development (CD) Office. Carries out various assignments affecting the annual CD nomination call and selection board. Conducts advisory services for a wide range of stakeholders such as career field functional representatives, senior leadership, AF/A1, SF/S1, MAJCOM staff, career program registrants and applicants, and eligible employees. Conducts special projects, initiatives, and assignments. Evaluation You will be evaluated based on how well you meet the qualifications listed in this vacancy announcement. Your qualifications will be evaluated based on your application materials (e.g., resume, supporting documents), your responses on the application questionnaire, and your responses to all assessments required for this position.
