FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST (ACDP) - DIRECT HIRE AUTHORITY Hanscom AFB, Massachusetts Summary The primary purpose of this position is developmental trainee under the Accelerated Compensation for Developmental Positions (ACDP) structure. This program is intended to develop high-performing individuals who can deal effectively with change and complexity within the Air Force financial management environment. The FM trainee carries out recurring assignments independently; conducts successive activities with objectives and priorities identified by supervisor or team leader. Duties Perform a variety of tasks in support of budget formulation work in the development of increasing levels of analytical, judgment, procedural and technical skills. Performs budget execution and administration work in the development of increasing levels of analytical, judgment, procedural and technical skills. Performs tasks in support of cost analyses in the development of increasing levels of analytical, judgment, procedural and technical skills. Carries out special assignments designed to facilitate the full use of and enhance the intern's training and development. Education ARE YOU USING YOUR EDUCATION TO QUALIFY?
