Duties The United States Space Force (USSF) at Los Angles AFB, El Segundo, CA is searching for a Chief for Position, Navigation, and Timing Developmental Tester & S5, Systems Engineering, Integration, and Test to support SSC/ PCE (NH-0801-04, GS-14/15 Equivalent). Description: If selected, you will serve as the Systems Engineering, Integration, and Test and Evaluation director for the GPS Systems Delta 831. You will join a dynamic leadership team in providing PNT to our warfighters, civil agencies, and allied partners. This specific role requires strong Acquisition and Test experience-serving as the PNT Chief Developmental Tester across the program portfolio, ensuring alignment with strategic goals; and leading the overall execution of the Delta's systems engineering, integration, safety, and test and evaluation efforts across the PNT Enterprise, ensuring appropriate test resource and safety planning and meeting DOT&E, DTE&A, DoT, SAF, and OSD guidelines. Additionally, this position requires civilian workforce management--leading and developing a civilian workforce, managing performance and career progression.
