About this role
CHILD DEVELOPMENT OPERATION CLERK (OA) Buckley AFB, Colorado Summary Click on "Learn more about this agency" button below to view Eligibilities being considered and other IMPORTANT information. The primary purpose of this position is to provide a wide variety of specialized clerical and office automation support for the Child Development Centers. Duties Computes, collects and records fees and charges for Child Development Center program participants. Computes fees and charges in accordance to Air Force policies and regulations. Maintains a wide variety of recurring and nonrecurring correspondence, records and other documents. Receives and directs callers or visitors. Provides professional customer service. Promplty and courteously answers the telephone and intercom and accurately takes messages for personnel who are unavailable. Monitors and manages the reception area. Monitors from work station through closed circuit surveillance camera all activities of children and staff while in classrooms, center, and notes any discrepancies to the Child Development Center Director IAW child abuse procedures.
