Duties The United States Space Force (USSF) at Hickam AFB, Hawaii is searching for a Chief for Theater Security Cooperation to support SPACEFOR-INDOPAC (NH-0301-04, GS-14/15 Equivalent). Description: Space Force Indo-Pacific (SFI), headquartered on the beautiful island of Oahu, is seeking a highly skilled and motivated professional to lead as the Theater Security Cooperation (TSC) Chief. This is a critical position responsible for developing, coordinating, and executing SFI's security cooperation plans and activities in support of U.S. Indo-Pacific Command (USINDOPACOM) objectives. This role is central to enhancing interoperability and building partner capacity across the Indo-Pacific theater. The TSC Chief serves as the command's expert and principal advisor to the Commander (Brig Gen) for all security cooperation initiatives. They are responsible for translating overarching strategic guidance, including the Theater Campaign Plan, into actionable military-to-military programs and capacity-building engagements. He or She integrates partner nation participation and security cooperation objectives into joint exercises, incorporates space capabilities into security cooperation plans, and manages strategies to build partner capacity and interoperability. This includes leading "Phase 0" (shaping) operations and overseeing the fiscal execution of security cooperation activities.
