AIRCRAFT PNEUDRAULIC SYSTEMS MECHANIC (Title 32) Peoria, Illinois Summary THIS IS A NATIONAL GUARD TITLE 32 EXCEPTED SERVICE POSITION. This National Guard position is for a AIRCRAFT PNEUDRAULIC SYSTEMS MECHANIC (Title 32), Position Description Number D0097000 and is part of the IL 182 AW, National Guard. Duties As an AIRCRAFT PNEUDRAULIC SYSTEMS MECHANIC (Title 32), WG-8268-10, you will serve within a fuel systems shop responsible for the inspection, repair, and maintenance of aircraft fuel cells, water injection, antidetonant (ADI), and inflight refueling systems. You will utilize extensive knowledge of fuel systems maintenance practices and procedures to troubleshoot fuel system malfunctions, determine the extent and type of preventive and/or repair maintenance required, and perform all necessary repairs, installations, and operational checks. Major Duties - This is NOT an all-inclusive list: Perform organizational and intermediate maintenance on aircraft fuel systems, components, and equipment such as fuel cells, drop tanks, pumps, regulators, relief valves, and related accessories. Perform installation, repair, and operational checks on inflight refueling systems, single-point refueling systems, and fuel transfer components. Repair, reassemble, and install fuel system components and verify proper operation using bench test equipment and related test devices. Perform maintenance activities required by Time Compliance Technical Orders (TCTOs) for aircraft fuel systems and inflight refueling systems. Perform tasks related to additional support functions such as structural firefighting, munitions handling, heavy equipment operation, or facility maintenance when required. Perform visual and dye-trace leak checks to identify fuel system leaks and determine the condition of fuel cell sealant. Determine feasibility
