Supervise and support nursing and clinical support staff, setting priorities, reviewing work, and promoting professional development. Lead infection prevention, employee health, and safety initiatives to maintain regulatory and accreditation compliance. Oversee daily nursing operations, identify process improvements, and implement changes that enhance patient outcomes and clinic efficiency. Collaborate with providers and community partners to coordinate comprehensive, culturally responsive care for the population served.
