This position is responsible for providing assistance to management, professionals at higher education institutions, and the general public regarding the legislation and regulations governing all student financial aid programs sponsored by the Department of Education. As a Management and Program Analyst (PSLF), GS-0343-13, you will be responsible for: • Creating, producing, and finalizing the regulations of Title IV student aid programs, including the production of all related deliverables. • Developing, analyzing, and evaluating new or modified program/management policies, regulations, goals, and objectives. • Evaluating and advising of organizational structures, methods, and procedures. • Maintaining and strengthening a comprehensive understanding of applicable statues, regulations, policies, procedures, and historical precedents governing Title IV programs. • Communicating in a clear thorough fashion in written materials and oral presentations.
