About this role
Supervisory Nurse (Case Management) Camp Pendleton, California Summary About the Position: This is a Supervisory Nurse (Case Management) position located within the Naval Hospital Camp Pendleton. Recruitment or relocation incentives may be authorized for highly qualified candidates. Salary negotiation may be available for those candidates who are new to Federal service. Advanced Leave Accrual may be authorized for highly qualified candidates. This is a Direct Hire Solicitation Duties Plan, organize, and oversee the activities of the Case Management Department. Independently perform difficult and complex assessment, review, coordination, planning, monitoring, evaluation and analysis of cases. Participate in a multi-disciplinary team to develop a treatment plan to address all identified conditions and problems. Serve as an advocate for patients and their families in obtaining services and support. Conduct training in nurse case management for professional and paraprofessional personnel. Education FOREIGN EDUCATION: If you are using education completed in foreign colleges or universities to meet the qualification requirements, you must show the education credentials have been evaluated by a private organization that specializes in interpretation of foreign education programs and such education has been deemed equivalent to that gained in an accredited U.S. education program; or full credit has been given for the courses at a U.S. accredited college or university.
