SUPERVISORY HEALTH SYSTEM SPECIALIST (PHYSICAL EVAULATION BOARD LIAISON OFFICER) Fort Hood, Texas Summary About the Position: This position is located at the Army Medical Center, Darnall in Fort Hood, Texas. This is a Direct Hire Solicitation Duties Coordinate and resolve special interest or complex issues which are especially sensitive and involve possible precedent setting or policy impact. Maintain and safe guard both hard copy and electronic medical information. Coordinate the processing of medical boards on personnel assigned to all branches of the uniformed services who are being treated in this facility. Coordinate with the Installation Judge Advocate General, Soldier's unit, and Department of Army (DA) level Human Resources (HR) Command to resolve medical separation verses administrative separation of enlisted and officer personnel. Interview and recommend or select personnel for appointment, promotion, or reassignment to unit vacancies. Education FOREIGN EDUCATION: If you are using education completed in foreign colleges or universities to meet the qualification requirements, you must show the education credentials have been evaluated by a private organization that specializes in interpretation of foreign education programs and such education has been deemed equivalent to that gained in an accredited U.S. education program; or full credit has been given for the courses at a U.S. accredited college or university.
