Store Worker Leader Multiple Locations Summary **This is an open continuous announcement.** Referral lists will be created every 14 days as vacancies are available. Duties As a Store Worker Leader, you will answer worker's questions regarding procedures, policies, written instructions, and other directive. Recommend to the supervisor the scheduling of personnel to meet changing and or seasonal workload requirements. Promote the participation of employees in the suggestion program, cost reduction measures, etc. Demonstrate tact and diplomacy when assisting customers. Education Some federal jobs allow you to substitute your education for the required experience in order to qualify. For this job, you must meet the qualification requirement using experience alone--no substitution of education for experience is permitted.
