About this role

Medical Readiness Specialist Keesler AFB, Mississippi Summary About the Position: This position is located at Keesler Medical Group at Keesler Air Force Base in Biloxi, Mississippi. This is a Direct Hire Solicitation Duties Serve as the Medical Emergency Manager (MEM) and technical advisor to the Military Treatment Facility commander. Manage policies and procedures to ensure accomplishment of programs and to find ways to improve quality, timeliness, and efficiency of work. Develop criteria for exercise contingency responses plans, checklists, program reviews, and quality assurance reviews. Ensure budget for equipment/supplies and training for response are forecasted and executed for the various readiness response teams. Plan and manage the Medical Readiness Training Program. Prepare and maintain the Annual Medical Readiness Training and Exercise Schedule (MRTES) and ensure the Military Treatment Facility meets training and exercise requirements. Education FOREIGN EDUCATION: If you are using education completed in foreign colleges or universities to meet the qualification requirements, you must show the education credentials have been evaluated by a private organization that specializes in interpretation of foreign education programs and such education has been deemed equivalent to that gained in an accredited U.S. education program; or full credit has been given for the courses at a U.S. accredited college or university.
