Lead Program Specialist (Student Transportation) Fort Stewart, Georgia Summary About the Position: This position is located in Fort Stewart, Georgia and falls under the DoWEA logisitics division transportation tranch. Duties Analyze documentation procedures and techniques with respect to cost, effect, and efficiency. Prepares documentation to support contract provisions. Monitor expenditure accounts to prevent over-obligation of funds. Provide orientation on bus safety and operations. Coordinate appropriate transportation for students with special needs. Investigate incidents of student misbehavior. Manage policy procedures relative to the organizations transportation program. Compile student statistical data for forecasting transportation requirements. Education FOREIGN EDUCATION: If you are using education completed in foreign colleges or universities to meet the qualification requirements, you must show the education credentials have been evaluated by a private organization that specializes in interpretation of foreign education programs and such education has been deemed equivalent to that gained in an accredited U.S. education program; or full credit has been given for the courses at a U.S. accredited college or university.
