About this role

Contact Representative Fort Rucker, Alabama Summary About the Position: This position is located within the Army Health Clinic Lyster at Fort Rucker, AL. The Contact Representative serves as the referral coordinator who supports the Defense Travel System Coordinator, Benefits Counselor, and Debt Collection Assistance Officer in its mission of reviewing, managing, processing, and tracking referrals to specialists in either the direct care system (DCS) or purchased care system. Work hours M-F 0730-1615 Duties Assist the Referral Management Center (RMC) in its mission of reviewing, managing, processing, and tracking referrals for specialists in either the direct care system (DCS) or purchased care system. Respond to beneficiary, provider, and congressional inquiries on TRICARE issues. Assist beneficiaries in determining the validity of collection agent claims/negative credit reports received for debts incurred as a result of medical/dental care under the TRICARE Program. Responsible for managing the travel program for soldiers and eligible beneficiaries. Resolve access-to-health care complaints, assuring that beneficiaries get the services and benefits that are appropriate.
