Supervisory Program Manager Suitland, Maryland Summary This vacancy is for a Supervisory Program Manager position in the Decennial Contracts Execution Office located at the U.S. Census Bureau Headquarters in Suitland, Maryland. The Census Bureau is accessible from the Metro Rail Green Line - Suitland Station. This Job Opportunity Announcement may be used to fill other Supervisory Program Manager, 0340-15, FPL None positions within the Census Bureau in the same geographical location with the same qualifications and specialized experience. Duties Serve as a Program Manager on major Decennial or similar large-scale contracts and/or projects, utilizing program management techniques to oversee requirements such as budget, cost control and schedules. Strategically plan, manage, and lead program operations and administrative activities. Provide support through advice on long-term planning activities for all aspects of major projects including determining long-range objectives; projecting workloads and IT resource requirements; budget planning; and operational workflow. Evaluation Category Rating Procedures: If you meet the minimum qualifications stated in the job opportunity announcement and scoring requirements for all applicable assessments, you will be placed in one of three pre-defined categories. These categories are "gold," "silver," and "bronze." Candidates placed in the "gold" category will be identified for referral to the hiring manager and may be invited for an interview.
