Training & Support Role Work Location (Office/Site/Home/Flexible) Field Based Clinical Diagnostics Training and Support Role TERRITORY: Republic of Ireland/Northern Ireland DEPARTMENT: Fannin Scientific (Clinical Diagnostics) REPORTS TO: Fannin Scientific Director Principal Duties and Responsibilities: The successful candidate will be a motivated professional with a strong focus on training and support within the Clinical Diagnostics/Hospital Sector of Ireland. The role will involve the following: Be proficient in Training and demonstrating Clinical Diagnostic equipment and consumables to a wide range of health professional. Work closely with the Clinical Diagnostics Manager to ensure all training projects are delivered professionally in a timely manner. Ensure effective sales coverage of all Hospitals, Public and Private in Ireland including the Dublin, Cork and Galway areas. Support to the existing Clinical Diagnostic sales team, including activities in training and customer support/development as necessary to meet short term and strategic objectives Keep all documentation up to date including Training competency documents, audit documents and all other relevant documents pertaining to the specific projects the candidate will be involved in. Initiation of technical support or manufacturing support to achieve same objectives Reporting to the Clinical Diagnostic Manager and working closely with the other sales team both internal and external.
